Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to share with you a little secret on how to make sure you pick the right Realtor. With thousands to choose from and a very tough market, you can’t afford to waste time with the wrong Realtor. because of this need we created a simple solution…. RealtorScope

It’s this easy…

1. Go to the website and tell us what you are looking to do (Buy, Sell, Relocate)

2. We do the research on local agents in your city. We check Their use of Technology, networking, Web Presence, Homes they list and sell, and many other factors that we know make the difference.

3. We recommend and agent. They can’t pay us to be included in a list like other programs where the local expert is anyone who paid them $200. We are independent and offer this free service nationwide. Our hometown is Spokane Washington and if you are looking to buy or sell there we can help you, but now we can use our expertise to help people find the right Realtor anywhere in the US.

Call us 800-75-5251 ext 1 or visit our website for more details and when you hear of someone buying or selling a home let us find the top local Realtor for you.

Hello Everyone,

I want to touch on this subject because even though we may think it is common sense, Price is one of the biggest factors in selling a home. Home Sellers get information from Real Estate Agents as to what the home might be worth, but ultimately they set the asking price.

Now I said a key phrase there ‘asking price’ Remember the public doesn’t care what you think the home is worth or what you need to get out of it. They are looking at homes similar to yours and will know right away if you are priced right or not.

One of the big problems with overpricing a home is that homes are sold in price brackets, like 200-250k, 250-275k and when you ovewr price your 250k home at 255k you actually price yourself out of your bracket and now you are the worst home in the next bracket up. I have understood this strategy for years and have used it to help my clients really find top dollar for their home while still getting it sold.

What does this mean? Well the advice you get needs to be great and on point and not every realtor will have the expertise to tell you. Second, you need to listen to the expert and let them sell your home for top dollar. If you can’t handle the numbers than you’re really not sellling your home. You just have a sign in your front yard.

This is why picking the right agent is so key to your success and tell your agent you want the real numbers. If you are pressuring them for high numbers you may get what you want but the home won’t sell. Visit our website and click on Our Marketing Plan to watch a short video on what we do that our competition doesn’t to get homes sold.

Hello Everyone,

Well It’s snowing hard and people are staying home, but how are the chages in the economy nationwide going to effect the Spokane Real Estate market? Things are slow and I was saying last summer to my past clients that there was a shift in the Spokane market coming and that people wouldn’t realize it until after winter because they would just think it was winter time.

By the time it thaws out they may start to feel a difference. But with the rate drop and economic growth plan we may have about the same type of year as last year.

First Time Home Buyers are the key in Spokane. Until they can get the loans and buy the homes in a price range that isn’t over inflated, nothing else will move very fast.
